Hi, i started mounting my new hifi system, so i will post here all the progress. Today i spent a couple of hours to upgrade the ground connection and passing the power cable from the battery zone to the inside of the car.

remove all pop caps of the battery cover and the plastic cover at end of windshield


i removed also the battery but maybe you dont need because i didnt know where to pass so i needed clear view
On bottom left you can see that i added a 4ga cable for the negative, nothing difficult, just cut the cable the length you need and crimp two terminals at the two ends.



now you have found the rubber cover that gives us way to the inside of the car. Make a small cut and pass the cable throug.


from the inside, put your hand behind the passenger airbag from the bottom, you should easiy find the cable you just passed through.


I used some liquid tape from scotch to seal the hole in the rubber.


apply small strength to remove side pannel (there is a plastic nut on the bottom you can easily unscrew with hand) by popping the clips.


remove the welt (is that the english for that thing???)


remove the two fasteners at the bottom of the side panel at the back of passenger


lift the carpet paying attention not to break the retainer clipped on carpet that keeps it in place on the white clips.
you can see a white cable holder. Just pass the power cable through it up to the beginning of back side panel and...
